In July, 2000, she performed alongside Altamiro Carrilho at the Teatro Municipal in São Paulo, in a gala concert celebrating his career.  In 2002, she along with her then duo partner, Maria Teresa Madeira, received an invitation to perform for the U.S. Embassy in Brasília.  Madeira and Koidin have performed together since 2001, both in Brazil at various music festivals, as well as in Chicago.
